About Phantom Peak
Phantom Peak is a unique immersive open-world adventure in London - a fully realised town inhabited by quirky characters and full to the brim with mysteries and stories to discover. Spend 4+ hours exploring the town, enjoying food and drink in our wild-west themed Thirsty Frontier Saloon, and interacting with immersive sets, technology, and live actors. Think of it like a real-life video game!
Using your phone and the Jonassist website, you’ll be guided through unique storylines in the form of trails - quests where you, a tourist, are tasked with helping townsfolk in exciting ways. You’ll interact with technology including Jonavision, Jonagraph, and new for 2024: Klacky! Speak to the townsfolk, get to know them, and obtain the information you need to progress in the trail.

Important information
Using the Young Adult Ticket requires a valid form of ID.
The experience takes place both indoors and outdoors. The external aspects of the venue are covered to protect our guests from the elements.
Average Visit Time: 3 ½ hrs - 4 ½ hrs Complimentary lockers are available at the venue to store bags and loose articles (at the owner's risk). Comfortable clothing are recommended to Phantom Peak. You are welcome to dress up!
All visitors to Phantom Peak must complete a waiver to participate. For children, a parent or guardian must consent and sign the waiver on their behalf.
Disabled Access
Phantom Peak allows for persons of all abilities to explore and experience the wonders within and it offers a variety of accessibility options, including wheelchair accessibility and subtitles on videos. Service animals are allowed to attend.
